ORDER MINIMUMS
The minimum wholesale purchase amount is $200.00. Quantity minimums are 5 per product.

PAYMENT:
Orders must be paid for in full in U.S. currency prior to shipment.We accept all major credit cards (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Discover), cash,check and US money orders. Returned checks due to insufficient funds will be charged a $25 fee.International orders must be paid by wire transfer and must arrive in US Currency.

SELLING OUR ITEMS:
SKYIN products may not be sold or advertised on any website for less than the prices listed on our website. Products sold in stores must be sold at MSRP.

ORDER FULFILLMENT:
If all products in your order are in stock and ready, you should receive your order within 2 weeks unless expedited shipping is selected. Back-ordered items can take up to 6 weeks to arrive.If certain items in your order are back-ordered, we will let you know immediately when we expect to have them back in stock.

SHIPPING:
All case orders are shipped F.O.B. from our warehouse by commercial carrier unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs vary and you will be responsible for paying all shipping and freight costs relating to your orders.
For US Customers: United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority or UPS or Fedex
For International Customers: United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority
Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. You will be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.

CANCELLATIONS:
We do our best to ship items within 3 business days & because of this quick turnaround time, the window for canceling orders is very short. If your cancellation request is seen prior to us processing your order, we are happy to cancel your order for a full refund, but once the order is in process, we can no longer cancel it.

ORDER CHANGES:
Due to processing time & inventory availability, we cannot honor change requests to orders after purchase. Please make sure to carefully review your order before submitting it.

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES:
We only ship to the shipping address provided & cannot ship to multiple addresses. If you would like your order shipped to various addresses, please place one order for each shipping address.

RETURNS:
SKYIN will accept returns within 5 days of order delivery.Items must be in resalable condition.
Shipping & handling charges are not refundable, and a 15% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the re-fund.

DAMAGED ITEMS/ORDER ERRORS:
Though each product is inspected for quality assurance before shipping, it is possible to receive a damaged item. In addition, due to human error, order mistakes are possible. For these reasons, it is important to open & inspect your items as soon as you receive them.
Please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your package if there is anything wrong with your order. Once we have been notified of any damaged items you have received, we will work with you to get them corrected.

DISCOUNTS:
At times,we will promote items for a percentage off or a reduced shipping rate to our retail customers. These offers do NOT apply to wholesale orders. Coupon Codes for these offers cannot be used by a wholesale customer.

PRIVATE LABEL:
All Items purchased from SKYIN are under trademark protection & must display the SKYIN name. Under no circumstances may you sell SKYIN products under any other name, or reproduce products under this trademark.
